The Specialist & Acquisition Finance Team
An experienced corporate banker, Paul has extensive knowledge of both general banking and corporate finance. As Regional Director for Specialist & Acquisition Finance, he leads a team of Directors focused on sourcing and transacting leveraged financed deals throughout the North West of England.
The North West team operates from offices in Manchester city centre. Their collective experience covers all aspects of M&A activity ranging from MBO/MBI transactions through to public to private deals and flotations.
