Register for internet banking

Register now for 24 hour online banking

If you're already registered for telephone banking you can start your registration for internet banking online. If you've still to register for telephone and internet banking then you can do this by following the steps below.

Sole traders can register by calling us on 0800 456 1 247 providing the account name includes your personal name with a trading as (T/A) status.

Not registered for telephone banking?

1. Request a registration form

Contact your relationship manager to request a telephone banking registration form. Business Direct customers call 0800 756 0800 or visit your local branch.

2. Return registration form to Yorkshire Bank

Once completed and signed by the required number of signatories, the registration form should be returned to your account manager or local branch.

3. Choose your four digit access number

You will receive a welcome pack in the post within 5-7 days of submitting your completed registration form. Once received:

  • Call us on 0800 456 1 247
  • Following a few security questions you will be asked to choose your 4 digit access code number

Once you have completed these steps you will be registered for telephone banking and can proceed with your internet banking registration.

Request an activation code

If you have registered for telephone banking you can start your registration for internet banking online. Simply complete the following form and an activation code will be sent to you via the post.

  • Your account details – sort code and account number
  • Your customer number – 10 digit code starting with ‘10’
  • Your access code – 4 digit number
