Yorkshire Bank has 182 retail branches, a strong personal customer base and a business banking capability through a UK-wide network of 22 Business & Private Banking Centres. Yorkshire Bank is a trading name of Clydesdale Bank plc, a subsidiary of the National Australia Bank Group of companies. Yorkshire Bank joined the Group in 1990.
The Group confirms that it complies with the Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls sourcebook (SYSC) 4.3A.11R requiring a firm that maintains a website to explain on the website how it complies with certain requirements of SYSC relating to governance.
To demonstrate compliance with certain of the SYSC requirements the Group has published a Corporate Governance Statement.
