For those who are visually-Impaired, we can offer bank account statements, documents and information packs in Braille,large print and audio formats
Selected ATM's also have award-winning text-to-speech functionality, to help guide visually-impaired customers using them. Each key depression generates an audible tone, and there is a raised dot on the ‘5’ key to help you orientate yourself on the keypad. Where possible, we also try to position ATMs to be accessible for wheelchair users.
