Upgrade your operating system
Your device will need to be running at least iOS 9.3 or Android 4.4 (KitKat) to support the new app
Changed your details recently?
Make sure we have your current contact number and address, so you get all the info you need
Switch on app 'auto updates'
Getting the app will be easier, this usually sits in your 'settings' menu, devices vary
Have your customer number handy
To help, we'll text your customer number the day before your app's available.
When you register for the new app, you'll be set up with telephone banking
You can make payments up to £25,000 directly from the app (subject to available balance)
Business customers will need their phone and internet banking details and customer number
