Representative Example

A mortgage of £630,000 payable over 25 years, initially on a fixed rate of 6.95% for 2 years and then our Standard Variable Rate, currently 9.49%, for the remaining 23 years. This would require 26 monthly payments of £4,434.48 and then 273 monthly payments of £5,429.96 plus one final payment of £5,429.46.

The total amount payable would be £1,604,585.02 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£973,105.02), product fee (£999), valuation fee (£357), funds transfer fee (£25) and mortgage exit fee (£99).

The overall cost for comparison is 9.3% APRC representative.
