For Autobank Cards, If you are registered for Telephone Banking then you can contact our Customer Services Team on 08457 365 365 (24 hours a day) where an advisor will be happy to look into having a replacement card or PIN sent to you.

Do you want to change your address?
There are a number of ways that you can inform us of a change of address
Telephone Banking
If you are fully registered for the Telephone Banking Service, you can change your address by contacting our Customer Services Team on 08457 365 365 (24 Hours a Day) where an advisor will be happy to arrange this for you.
In Writing
You can send your change of address request in writing, along with your signature to your branch.

In Person

Do you want to order a Cheque or Pay-In Book?
Ordering a Cheque or Pay-In Book for the first time
If you are ordering a Cheque Book or Pay-In book for the first time then you will have to request this from your branch. This is because the personal details that are printed on your Cheque Book or Pay-In Book can only be recorded at a branch. Once the first request has been approved by your branch you will be able to use the Re-Order Book facility available in the administration section of the Internet Banking Service

Re-Ordering a Cheque or Pay-In Book
The Re-Order a Cheque or Pay-In Book facility is available within the Account Info section of the Internet Banking Service. This is commonly called “Re-order book”
Here are some instructions around how to use this facility:
- Under the Account Info Section
- Select the option Re-order Book from the left hand side menu.
- Select the account on which you wish to order the book.
- You will then be asked to select the type of book you wish to order.
- Click on the Submit button, you will then be asked to confirm your choice.
- Once the order has been placed you will see the Bank Acknowledgement screen.
Are you awaiting receipt of a Cheque or Pay-In Book
If you are awaiting receipt of a Cheque or Pay-In Book then why not contact our Customer Service Team on 08457 365 365 (24 Hours a Day) where, after answering a security question to verifiy your identity, an advisor will be happy to check the status of your Cheque or Pay-In Book request
