Make changes to your credit card

If you wish to discuss changes to your credit limit, please call us on 0844 736 7361.

Alternatively, you can download the attached form to request the following amendments:

  • Reduce your credit limit.
  • Reject an offer to increase your credit limit (this must be completed within 30 days of receipt of your offer letter).
  • Reject all future automated increases to your credit limit.

Please return your completed form to Yorkshire Bank, PO Box 4509, Leeds, LS2 8NP.

If you wish to increase your credit limit, you must call us on 0844 736 7361.

If you are a Private or Business Credit Card holder please contact your Relationship Manager to discuss your requirements.

If you wish to set up or amend a direct debit to pay your credit card, please call us on 0844 736 7361.
