After I submitted the application, I received a technical error. What does this mean?

Don’t worry, you should still receive written confirmation from us within five working days of making an application.

What does it mean when it says my application has been referred?

It means we can’t give you a decision right away. We’ll write to you to let you know if we’ve approved your credit card application, but this could take up to 14 business days.
