The Specialist & Acquisition Finance Team
Jack joined Clydesdale Bank in Aberdeen in 1973, moving to Glasgow in 1982 where he has filled positions in the Bank's Credit and Corporate banking functions. After 33 years in the sector, he is a very well known figure in the Corporate banking community in Scotland.
Jack leads a team of Specialist & Acquisition Finance Directors based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Specialist & Acquisition Finance team are responsible for sourcing, structuring and completing transactions where there will be a high degree of leverage in the business, e.g. MBOs, MBIs Acquisitions etc.
The team's main focus is on Scottish deals with a debt size of £1m to £25m they also offer the provision of Mezzanine, Junior Debt and Project Finance.
