Yorkshire Bank Expands Corporate Finance Team

Yorkshire Bank has expanded its Corporate & Structured Finance team in Manchester with the appointment of Wesley Mort as associate director.

Wesley joins from the bank’s parent company National Australia Bank in Manchester where he advised on many high-value asset finance deals for clients in the rail and shipping sectors.  He previously spent nine years with Alliance & Leicester where he worked in a variety of roles including commercial property lending.

At Yorkshire Bank he will be helping to arrange funding packages for companies involved in mergers, acquisitions and management buy-outs, and refinancing arrangements for larger corporate clients.
