Yorkshire Bank expands Corporate & Structured Finance team in Manchester

Yorkshire Bank Corporate & Structured Finance (CSF) has expanded its team in the North West with the appointment of Jon Hall as an associate director in acquisition finance.

Jon joins the Yorkshire Bank CSF team from PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manchester where he worked for nine years, the last five of which were in Business Recovery Services. Whilst at PwC, Jon, who is a qualified Chartered Accountant, spent nine months on secondment to the Royal Bank of Scotland's Global Restructuring Group. He previously worked as a petroleum geologist for Conoco (now ConocoPhillips), working on UK off-shore oil and gas exploration.

Jon has experience of working with clients across a wide range of sectors including oil and gas, retail, construction, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, and financial services.

Commenting on his recent appointment, Jon says; “I’ve joined Yorkshire Bank’s CSF team to develop my career in the live, leveraged deal market and I now have an excellent opportunity to take on a new challenge within a highly-regarded team and organisation.”
