The business loan offers several key features:

• Minimum loan – £25,001– Maximum loan – £10,000,000. An arrangement fee may apply.
• Option of fixed or variable interest rates or a mix of both**. If taking a fixed rate option, a fixed rate early repayment charge may arise in the event of early repayment during the term of the fixed rate.
• Available up to 15 year term on variable rate and 5 year term on fixed rate
