Acquisition Finance

Any transaction involving a transfer of business ownership is handled by our Acquisition Finance teams. They work closely with management buyout teams, private equity investors and corporate finance advisers to provide innovative debt funding structures for a broad range of deal sizes and types.

Using leveraged and specialist  finance, we structure a wide range of transactions in the lower mid-market, across a variety of sectors and on a sole bank or club bank basis, from private equity sponsored institutional buyouts to more traditional management buyouts. In addition to the initial buyout, we continue to fund businesses to support their growth via acquisitions or organically.

Corporate Banking

We provide businesses with a turnover of £50 million to £1 billion with a full range of banking services to meet their current and future funding needs.

A business may seek funding for a variety of reasons, including working capital, capex and investing for growth, and acquiring other companies. Whatever the requirement, we have the financial resources, commercial acumen and relationship skills to build highly successful partnerships with our corporate clients.

Corporate Asset Finance

Recognising that larger businesses often have more complex asset finance requirements, we have experienced Corporate Asset Finance specialists, based across the country, who work with and are closely aligned to our regional Corporate Banking teams to deliver structured asset finance funding to Corporates in a variety of sectors.

Corporate Real Estate

For businesses who specialise in the property sector, including investment and development, and who require debt funding over £20m, our team of Corporate property finance specialists based across the UK provide structured bank funding.

Growth Finance

We provide senior lending for innovative and rapidly expanding businesses investing heavily in building their future enterprise value.  These tailored packages are for businesses with strong intellectual property portfolios and existing Venture Capital and are expected to support both investment needs and working capital requirements.

Our Growth Finance team consists of experienced Corporate Finance professionals with funding experience gained both in banking and industry.
