Our CR reporting highlights how we are putting our approach to CR into practice and the ways in which we are making the Group a sustainable business over the long-term. The reports have been externally verified. .
Monitoring our performance
By benchmarking and monitoring our performance against external standards and the wider business community we gain independent information to help assess our performance, and to let us know where we have better practice and where we need to improve.
In 2011, we again participated in the Business in the Community Corporate Responsibility Index. The results provide us with a benchmark against which we can measure changes in our performance. National Australia Group UK was awarded a Silver ranking in the Index.
The Index measures performance of the participants across a number of areas including management practice, social impact, environmental impact and integration. The schedule below details how we as a business performed in the Index against these categories.
