You can now use your debit card at any Clydesdale or Yorkshire Bank ATM to top-up a pay as you go mobile phone with the following providers:

- you can choose from £10, £15, £20, £30, £40 or £50 top-ups
- there's no pre-registration process
- it's a secure top up facility
It's quick and easy to do - in just 5 easy steps
- Insert the debit card and enter the PIN
- Select "Mobile Phone Top-up" from the option screen
- Select the mobile phone provider
- Select the amount of top-up required
- Key in the mobile phone telephone number to be topped up e.g. own, a friend or family members. This will need to be done twice for confirmation.
A receipt confirming the transaction will then be issued. Congratulations, the top-up is complete!

Top-up limits
All successful top-up amounts will be deducted from daily ATM cash withdrawal limits.
Some mobile network providers may also apply a limit to the number and/or value of top-ups.
To ensure a successful top-up the amount of the top-up requested must be available in the account to be debited.

In addition to all Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank ATMs Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank debit card customer can top-up at any ATM displaying the top-up logo.
Debit card customers of other card providers should check if they can use this top-up service with their card provider.
* ATMs will normally be available 24 hours a day, updating and maintenance of the system is required from time to time. Accordingly, certain options may not be available at certain times. Any upgradings and maintenance however, will be carried out at times to cause the least disruption to you.
